Adopion Initiative
Scott and Michelle Flora, personal intercessors for the Enlow’s and Restore7, are growing their family through adoption—which could be an impossible financial hurdle, apart from kingdom comrades. We are excited to have the opportunity to partner with them to change a child’s life, and their family, forever!

The Flora’s Adoption Journey—Believe With Us for Their Miracle Baby!
Scott and Michelle Flora have carried the dream of growing their family for the entire length of their 17 year marriage. It took them over 3 years of prayer and contending to get pregnant with their beloved Miriam (now 13). After Miriam was born they immediately tried to get pregnant again, but after months of trying, praying and contending, nothing! They walked through Dr. appointments, surgeries and natural remedies, all of which led to finding out that having more children naturally was not an option. In 2013-2015 they started their adoption journey. For reasons and circumstances they don't understand, they were unable to hit the financial benchmarks to move forward. At that time they felt they were being led into an Abraham and Isaac encounter with God and placed the prophetic dream and desire for more children on the altar, full of confidence and faith that if and when God wanted to raise it back up, He would. They let the dream die. They released it back to the Lord. For years they merely did and lived the life Abba put in front of them and didn’t even talk about it for years.
In 2022, while living in Kansas City, Scott and Michelle met some people who would become dear friends. They began sharing with them their journey of adoption and how God had led them into embryo adoption. This sparked hope and faith because they never knew that was a possibility. They began to ask the Lord, "is this You, resurrecting this prophetic promise?" Over the next few weeks and months, they began to feel the Lord inviting them to re-engage in the adoption process. This time in embryo adoption.
Three years ago they went down the path of embryo adoption and went through the long and difficult process of medical testing and surgeries and eventually received their embryo transfer. They felt the prophetic promise over their family was finally coming to pass, but at 22 weeks Michelle had a difficult stillborn birth. They were devastated. Even in their grief they knew their story wasn’t over and still carried a heart for adoption. This journey has led us to where they are today (November 2025), with hearts full of anticipation as they begin the process of infant adoption and the process of fundraising.
The Flora’s have found a Christian Consultancy and an Agency that work with ethical adoptions, but have been advised that Colorado is one of the most expensive states to do an adoption. They will need to raise around $60,000.00.
What is really exciting is that as soon as the Flora’s get their home study completed and approved, they are then qualified to apply for some amazing grants that will really help. So, their first benchmark is engaging in a consultant ($7,000) then getting the home study completed ($3,000), which opens a door of opportunity for them to apply for some grants. They are believing for the $10,000 needed to hit this benchmark.
The Flora’s in Ministry—Co-Reign
Scott and Michelle have been married for 17 years and have a beautiful 13-year-old daughter. They have planted and led discipleship schools, serving ministries through intercession, and been on staff at several churches. Through the years of ministry one of the common threads God has highlighted to them has been that they are not called just to do church or ministry, but to actually transform culture through kingdom principles. Although they love every ministry assignment, their present assignment of praying for, advising, and gathering kingdom minded leaders to bring heaven to earth and transform culture has been the thing that has made their hearts come alive the most. They planted their ministry, Co-Reign, 5 years ago, serving, loving, and leading those the Lord has put in our path.
All that Scott and Michelle do is an outflow of who they are as a family and believe that establishing healthy thriving family is their primary assignment. Their continual aim is to set Jesus as the center of their household, by establishing a culture of love, laughter, enjoyment, vulnerability, preferring one another and worshiping and praying together. They love doing life and living Kingdom principals out as as family. The Flora’s believe that expanding a family through adoption is a privilege and honor and are excited to enter into this journey and welcome a new member into their family.

Dear Restore7 Community
Like many of you, we first discovered Restore7 and the Enlow’s through books and conferences. Something about the voice of God coming through their ministry sparked deeply in our hearts, and over the years we have received so much prophetic hope, encouragement, and equipping through their work.My wife Michelle and I have been married for 17 years. Through a series of God-led events, we launched and have been stewarding a prophetic intercession organization that serves key Kingdom reformers around the world. It has been our joy and honor to serve, pray with, encourage, and strengthen Johnny and Elizabeth and their team over these last few years. Like many of you, we recognize that Johnny and Elizabeth are on the cutting edge of mobilizing the Body of Christ into her calling as creative change agents of the Lord.
We’re so grateful to be able to share our story with you and we’re expectant to see how God will continue to unfold this promise. Thank you for joining us in faith, prayer, and encouragement as we walk out this journey. We can’t wait to share testimonies of God’s goodness and faithfulness along the way.
With much love and prayers,
Scott, Michelle, and Miriam Flora
